Sailor's Delight Shawl- A FREE knitting pattern

This shawl came to be because of an impulse purchase from a local Ontario farm. I bought a 200g east coast themed DK kit with 4 colors in it. Once I wound up the yarn to start designing the array of colors reminded me of the pinkish-red sky you sometimes see on a warm evening on the coasts over the ocean. This is a beginner friendly shawl and definitely knitflix approved!

Bind off:

28- BO using an I-cord BO. (Make sure you have enough yarn left to complete

the BO, if that means you need to do less rows then stated that’s fine,

make sure you have at least 20g left). Another option is to use another

color to bind off, you can always complete less rows for C1 and use that to

BO). Cut yarn and weave in ends

29-The shawl will be a bit bunched and curled upwards, you will need to wet

block the shawl and block it to its final measurements of W-52”, H-24”,

edge to bottom point-39”
